So I just played wii fit and I actually get a pretty good workout. Mostly just from the aerobics and the strength exercises. The balance and yoga exercises are decent and fun but not nearly as physically strenuous as the others. Overall though it is a pretty fun game and the way to track your activity and weight is also really enjoyable and actually makes you want to come back. I guess it kind of makes your exercising into a sort of a rpg type game which is good for gamers ;)
