AVATAR WAS AVAMAZIN'!!!!!

Well Avery took me to Avatar yesterday and it was incredible. No wonder the movie had such a high budget and took so long to complete. The special effects were incredible and the world that James Cameron created felt alive. Everything from the actual planet, to the plants, to the animals, and the human technology was all amazingly done. The story was amazing as well even though it was very reminiscent of Pocahontas. The use of 3D was used extremely effectively in every right place. It put you right into the movie and made you feel like you were there. I would definitely Love to see this again, especially in IMAX 3d.

Just started watching this show. I really like it! He is a very relatable nerd character ;)

I am sick of the Brittany Murphy stuff. Like honestly why do people get so roweled up by celebrity deaths? Like she wasn't even ever in any good movies or did anything important. Do people just go crazy about it cause they are famous? Like I was saying to Avery this morning you see the guy who plays Ronald McDonald on TV and on ads all the time but if that guy died would anyone care? Pretty sure you see that guy more than you saw Brittany Murphy. Anyways people die everyday and in much worse ways then Brittany who probably died of a prescription drug overdose. I just don't think that there should be so much attention on a few.

Obviously it is still sad though and she didn't deserve to die either.

Excitement

Avery is taking me to Avatar before. I had to guilt her into it though cause she doesn't want to go. I think she will like it though! I will write a mini review afterwards...maybe...

I really miss having Sam Adams. I haven't had my favorite beer in forever :(

I am really excited to get my marks for my classes this past semester. They will be online on Xmas day I was told by the program coordinator. I think that I did really well in all of my classes except for English and the school communication arts environment course. I don't think that I failed them but I don't think I did anything better than a B in them. But that is OK because I know for sure that I will be getting A's in most of my classes anyways which I am very pleased with myself for achieving.

I missed running. It always puts me in a good mood for the rest of the day and it gives me lots of energy. I have also been working on Xmas presents for my family too since I haven't had school and have lots of free time. I am excited to give them out!

Speaking of Xmas...6 days until Avery and I go home! So excited!!!!

Done my semester. It feels like it has taken forever but it has only been 4 months. I am sad though cause my classmate Phoebe won't be coming back next semester :( and she was the one I talked to the most!

In other news I am watching the hangover and eating noodles. Also, Avery and I are drinking and playing rock band tonight to celebrate her not having to pay rent and me finishing my semester! I am looking forward to it a lot :)

I can't wait to go home for Christmas! I am looking forward to it a lot and it will be really nice to relax. My exams are done now except for one more. I no for a fact that I have A's and A+'s in at least half my classes and then B's in a couple of them which I am really happy about. It is going to be weird being out of school for over three weeks and I don't know what I am gonna do with myself. But like I said I will be going home so that will occupy my time nicely.

I have been playing modern warfare 2 a lot. It is my addiction!

I know its nerdy but I really want this little statue to have as like a decoration. I asked my mom for it but I don't know if she got it for me for xmas.

I went home this past weekend for a visit and it was really nice. We did our annual cutting down of a Christmas tree and then Cetera and I decorated. I also realized this weekend that my home with my family isn't really "my" home anymore. My home is with Avery now. Not that my family has gotten any less important or anything but I guess I can only have one home and that's with her now, wherever she is.

MW2 and the killer pop

So Avery got me MW2 a day early last week which was awesome of her! I really love it so far...the single player was pretty awesome but the multiplayer is soooooo good. I have been playing it like non stop.

But my story though is from today when I was playing and I reached to get my can of pop with my right hand and I had my controller in the left. I picked up the pop and it had condensation on it which made it slip out of my hand. Obviously I did not want it to drop so I went to get it with my other hand, the one with the controller. Now obviously I could not catch with that hand so the pop went all over the controller. At first it was working fine so I was like OK this is alright but then it started messing up. I then decided to take it apart. Not a good idea. But thankfully there are many how to's for taking apart ps3 controllers on you tube. It is a very complicated process to do but I got it eventually after a while. The controller still works but I guess the blue tooth part of it got fried so now I can only use it plugged in. I am just glad I didnt lose it completely.
