Inglourious Basterds today!

11 months!!

Avery and I had our 11 months this past Monday and it was nice! We didn't really do all that we had planned but I think we spent it well. It is kind of surprising realizing we have been together this long because it definitely doesn't feel like it. I have really enjoyed living with her so far. She just has to clean better ;) I still love her though.

Other then that nothing much really new. Just hope I get a job soon!!!

Oh and orientation on Sept 3rd and school starts Sept 8th!!!! D:

Resumes!

Today I went and handed out resumes to a few places. I got a few nibbles from staples, and future shop. I filled out an application for staples but I couldn't get the future shop online application to work correctly so I am going to go hand in the application tomorrow and then talk with someone at future shop and hopefully they will just let me hand in a resume or something there since I couldnt get it to work online.

I am also gonna be going downtown with Avery to the eaton center probably to hand out some there as well. I hope that it goes well and I can find a job soon. Future Shop and Staples would both be great for me cause FS is in the games, movies and music department and staples is in the technology department so I think I would enjoy both!

SO MANY GOOD MOVIES!

I have recently seen both these movies and they are now definitely in my top 10 movies of the year so far. Possibly even top 5? They were amazing. District 9 had such an immersive documentary, and first person feel to it. The universe it created seemed like it was actually going on right now in South Africa.

The hurt locker is one of the best war movies to come out in a while. I was on the edge of my seat throughout the movie. It had action, drama and suspense. It is definitely worth a see. Both of these are!

I am also seeing Inglourious Basterds this weekend and I am definitely looking forward to that. Tarantino plus ww2? This is like a combination that should be amazing for me since I thoroughly enjoy both!!

the move

So I am living in Toronto now! That is pretty exciting! We moved in this past Wednesday so I guess not even a week ago now. We haven't been doing too much since we cant really afford to do much. But what we have done is explore our neighborhood a bit, went and got groceries, Went and hung out with Avery's sister, got dinner in little India, and took the subway!

Our move went pretty good. It was tiring though mostly because we had to bring all the stuff up the stairs. The couch was the worst, damn thing is so heavy! But we got everything moved in pretty quick and it didnt take long either to get everything set up either.

This weekend my family is coming to visit because Chloe has soccer in mississauga so I am sure we will probably be going to see them at least one of the days that she is playing.

We dont have internet or cable yet so we have been watching movies to pass the time and just hanging out. I am using my phone right now to connect to the internet ;)

Avery is sleeping right now so I think that I will get some video game playing in!
